Because WhoStoleMyPC is designed to operate without the thief knowing it’s there, you won’t find any start menu or desktop icons. Instead, you press a secret keystroke that will call up the configuration screen. An additional security question/answer is then used to validate your identity.
If your computer is unable to access the Internet for a while, it will shift into Watchdog Mode, and execute a series of pre-specified commands. However, a security question will be asked first, just in case the computer hasn’t been stolen (but your Internet access is down).
When your computer is in Watchdog Mode, a series of commands will be executed. You specify them here.
